Thank you for your interest in working with us!

We want to ensure that our services and values are in alignment with what you are looking for before you complete our Intake Form and Client Contract to be placed on our waiting list.

Here are a few highlights about us and how we can assist you and your pet!

  • Our team has the shared mission of improving your dog or cat’s quality of life and helping you to build a healthy relationship with them based on better understanding of their motivations, consistent guidance, and kindness.

  • Our methods are based on science! We utilize fear free, force free and positive reinforcement techniques to help reduce your pet’s fear, anxiety and stress.

  • Our process starts with a 1 hour virtual Insight Orientation with one of our veterinary nurses or trainers to review body language and management information we find essential to successful treatment for all of our patients prior to your Veterinary Behavior Evaluation.

  • Next, you will take your pet in-clinic for a Veterinary Behavior Evaluation, Your Insight veterinarian will build a unique treatment plan specific to your pet. A veterinary treatment plan includes management, training, and in many cases, medication, to help you move towards your goals and ensure your pet is feeling as best as they can physically and emotionally.

  • Treatment is adjusted based on your pet’s response. The best way to keep up to date with your pet’s progress is frequent appointments with our veterinary nurses and veterinarians. Most patients see us frequently in the first year, and once behavior is stable graduate from our practice or continue to see us every 6-12 months. Behavior is fluid and influenced by many factors so it takes time to find the best fit.

If this aligns with your needs, please complete the Intake Form and Client Contract. This completed form is REQUIRED in order for you to be placed on our waiting list for an Insight Orientation.
